The authors of this book, Lisa Lutz and David Hayward former partners (professionally and personally)  reunite for this tag-team mystery novel, which they wrote in alternating chapters. One problem: they disagree on how their novel should unfold. While the body count rises in a wildly unpredictable fictional world, so too does the rivalry between Lisa and David (revealed in increasingly tense email exchanges included in the novel), inadvertently creating a literary brawl like no other, and a murder mystery every bit as unanticipated (and violently funny).
