About the author
Hamilton Wende is a freelance writer and television producer based in Johannesburg. He has covered wars and revolutions all over Africa, Afghanistan and the Middle East. He is a regular contributor to From Our Own Correspondent on Radio 4 on the BBC. His articles have appeared in many international and South African newspapers and magazines. This is his seventh book and the second in the Sebastian Burke series. The first book, House of War, was published by Penguin in 2009.
