Sifo – The Cooking Husband Vol. 2

Sinoyolo Sifo, known as The Cooking Husband, is a pharmacist by profession and a multi- award-winning cookbook author. He is also a self-taught home cook and a social-media food influencer by passion. Growing up in Mthatha in the Eastern Cape, he developed his enthusiasm for food from watching his mother cook and helping his father work in his butcheries during school holidays.
Sifo began his food journey on Instagram in 2020, where he continues to amass an ever- growing following of people who love his easy-to-make, hearty and delicious meals. His dedication to cooking has led to collaborations with prominent brands across South Africa. He has been featured in leading South African food magazines, participated as a contestant in Celebrity MasterChef SA, and has received accolades such as the 2024 DStv Content Creator of the Year, 2024 DStv Foodie of the Year and the 2024 Galliova Egg Hero award.
