Dr Louise van Rhyn is a social entrepreneur and leadership and organisational development practitioner. She is the founder of Partners for Possibility, the leadership development and nation-building initiative that brought more than 3 600 business leaders and school principals together to strengthen schools and communities across South Africa and was selected as one of six WISE Award winners globally. She holds a doctorate in complex social change and, with more than 35 years' experience, works with others to create the conditions in which collective potential can flourish.
