Josh Thirion is a talented 11-year-old with a passion for food and cooking. His first book Cook with Josh won the Best in the World in the Children’s cookbook category at the recent Gourmand Cookbook Awards in Paris. Besides cooking and baking, Josh loves to draw, especially comic strips. His other favourite activities include sport, drama, reading and singing. Bake with Josh is his second book.
