She maintains that she’s not a chef; but rather a home cook who has always been interested in health and nutrition. She’s also a qualified pilates instructor. Prior to writing her first book; Chantal was a successful businesswoman running her own corporate clothing company in South Africa and the Middle East. She now lives in Franschhoek in the Western Cape where she enjoys being closer to nature.
