Jamie Oliver’s YouTube TV platform is a nursery for emerging new foodie talent and Penguin is delighted to announce the publication of three exciting new books from some of the break out stars on the channel – Kerryann Dunlop, Jemma Wilson (aka Cupcake Jemma) and Christian Stevenson (aka DJ BBQ).

With over 700 000 subscribers since launching at the beginning of 2013, Jamie’s Food Tube is a rapidly-expanding community of passionate food lovers and dynamic experts who upload videos of new recipes alongside tips, tricks and methods to help and inspire the home cook. by DJ BBQ

If you want to say goodbye to sad, burnt sausages and instead learn how to fire up some Bodacious Burgers and Bad Rum Ribs then Christian Stevenson (aka DJ BBQ)’s advice and recipes will transform your BBQ skills and make anyone a King or Queen of Flame.

Jamie says: “With the recipes in this book , DJ BBQ’s super-fun videos on Jamie’s Food Tube and a little bit of his heart and soul, your barbeque will never be the same again. This book is already
an inspiration to me and I can see this DJ rocking parties all over the place this summer with his incredible flavours.”

by Kerryann Dunlop

Kerryann was one of the original apprentices from Jamie’s Fifteen and one of the stars of Channel 4 TV series, Jamie’s Kitchen, which followed the challenging creation of the restaurant back in 2002. Kerryann now has two children with whom she cooks regularly, and they have inspired this great family cookbook with ideas from snacks to evening meals as well as advice for kids getting more involved in cooking and eating different foods.

Jamie says, “Kerryann is a fantastic character and this book just oozes with a style that is warm, homely, motherly and gentle. She’s worked hard to put together a batch of brilliant recipes as well
as some really useful, thrifty family tips and tricks. This is a book that’ll serve any family for years to come.”

by Cupcake Jemma

Jemma Wilson is part of the London street food scene with a strong online following. Her seasonal collection of recipes take cupcakes to the next level while still being accessible and fun. She makes her cakes with plenty of love, exciting flavours and a large spoonful of creativity.

Jamie says: “No-one but Jemma would think to make cupcakes seasonal but she’s such a legend that her book makes it seem the most natural thing in the world. Split up seasonally, you’ll have a wonderful naughty treat to choose from, whatever time of year – and it’ll always be delicious."
