His fares dictate where he goes, what he will find, and each has a story to tell, drawing Fly briefly into their lives, into whole worlds. But slowly Fly finds himself caught in the twisted goings on of Carnival, where the ordinary rules of existence do not apply. And someone is killing taxi drivers . . .
