About the Author

Dr Reuel J Khoza  is currently Chairperson of the Nedbank Group and Aka Capital, and Director of several companies including Old Mutual PLC, Sasol Oil, and Nampak. He has served on the board of JSE Limited, been involved in the formulation of the King Codes on Corporate Governance, and is Fellow and President of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa.

Dr Khoza’s qualifi cations include a BA Hons in Psychology, MA in Marketing, EngD (Business Leadership) and LLD (Honoris Causa). He is Emeritus Professor Extraordinaire of the University of Stellenbosch Business School and Visiting Professor of Rhodes Investec Business School.
 
Reuel J Khoza’s previous books are  Let Africa Lead  and The Power of Governance (with Mohamed Adam). In October 2011 Penguin published Reuel's book  Attuned Leadership.
