Kerry Dawkins is a career development specialist and through Potential at Work, she provides mentoring services to all levels of employees, assisting them with overcoming career dilemmas. Kerry holds a Master’s in business administration as well as two other degrees. Kerry is the careers expert for both Career Junction and SA Careers Focus, a South African careers magazine. In these positions, she has been exposed to the rising number of career dilemmas and, in an effort to spread the necessary skills and mindsets to escape The Trap, she created the process of Navigating Your Career (together with learner and facilitator resources). She has established the Association of Career Coaches and Advisors, which seeks to educate and support South African career advisors and coaches.
