About
Marlene van der Westhuizen is a trained chef and the author of seven cookbooks (the last four cookbooks are also available in Afrikaans). Her first book Delectable was published in 2006. Marlene is based in Sea Point and France and is known for her cookery classes as well as culinary tours to France.
