The Ultimate Braai Master extreme cuisine reality show has begun airing on SABC 3. The show is hosted by Bush-Cook Guru, Justin Bonello, presenter of the popular series Cooked, and the author of Cooked in Africa, Cooked: Weekends Away, Cooked: Out of the Frying Pan and Justin Bonello Cooks for Friends.
Penguin will release Justin Bonello's Ultimate Braai Master in November, in time for all those summer braais. This book will feature over 60 braai recipes inspired by the reality show. It will also include tips and tricks picked up along the road, Justin’s personal favourite braai recipes and much more.
This is the book that will show you how to braai everything from eggs Benedict to your own boerewors.
